Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days after payment is confirmed.
Processing times may vary during holidays, high-demand periods, product launches, or due to unexpected delays.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to selected locations where our products are available for delivery.
If your location is not available at checkout, we may not be able to ship to your address at this time.
Shipping Costs

From time to time, Pawlure may offer free shipping promotions. Free shipping offers may be limited to certain products, order values, or locations.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after it has been issued. In some cases, tracking may not update immediately even though the package is already in transit.
Multiple Packages
Some orders may be shipped in separate packages, especially if they contain multiple items. This means your items may arrive at different times.
If you receive part of your order first, please allow additional time for the remaining items to arrive.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to change the delivery address.
If a package is delivered to the address provided at checkout and the address was entered incorrectly by the customer, Pawlure is not responsible for the lost or misdelivered package.
Depending on the situation and only when possible, we may review the case and consider a partial refund, replacement, or other solution. However, in most cases, if the address is not corrected in time and the package is delivered to the incorrect address provided by the customer, Pawlure cannot guarantee a refund or replacement.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can help arrange a replacement shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check:
- Around your delivery area
- With neighbors or household members
- Your mailbox, front desk, leasing office, or mailroom
- Directly with the shipping carrier
Pawlure is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we will do our best to help you review the situation and provide any available tracking information.
Delayed Packages
Delivery delays can happen and may be caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, customs, high order volume, or other factors beyond our control.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Depending on your location, additional customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Pawlure is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
